The check-in i.e. completion of Medical History et al was laborious to say the least. I understand that in this computer age this is the new way to go however the software was anything but friendly. The need to re- enter the same information should be eliminated e.g name/address tel # , Self etc. The entire process could be made less stressful for people of my age group if the software could be tweaked.
